Seller Terms – Conquer'or Marketplace

1. Admission of vendors

All sellers must be manually approved by the Conquer'or administration. Approval may be refused without explanation.

2. Authorized Products

Only the following products are authorized at launch:

• Investment gold 999 or higher

• Investment silver 999 or higher

• Recognized bullion coins and ingots

Jewelry, recycled metals (“scrap”), handcrafted items and uncertified products are prohibited without prior written authorization.

3. Accuracy and authenticity

The seller guarantees that:

• The product is authentic.

• The declared purity is accurate

• The information provided is true.

Conquer'or reserves the right to request evidence or supporting documents.

4. Commission

An 8% commission is applied to each sale made through the platform.

5. Seller payment

Payments to sellers are made 10 days after delivery confirmation to cover dispute periods and ensure transaction security.

Conquer'or reserves the right to delay payment in the event of a dispute or suspicion of fraud.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Conquer'or may withhold the funds in question until full resolution.

7. Suspension

Conquer'or may suspend or close a seller account in the event of:

• False statements

• Non-compliant products

• Suspicious activity

• Failure to comply with these conditions
